Our warranty states that for the duration of 2 years after completion of a repair project, Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair LLC guarantees their workmanship. Issues covered under this warranty include returning wrinkles after a stretch, fraying seams, and carpet that is unsecured onto tackstrip. Stipulations that are beyond our control would void this warranty. This would include excessive moisture (flooded for days), pets damaging a repair, or carpet that is defective. This warranty does not cover the quality of the carpet such as wear resilience, stainability, etc.
A written certificate will be left with qualified customers after completion of the carpet repair work.
